Healthy Housewives of Oz at the CBS 6 Healthy Lifestyle Expo

Join Healthier YOU, Brooke Page as I partner with our fellow Housewives, Toni Winston and Stacy Rodriguez of YOU gals, Saturday, February 13th, 2010 from 10am - 4pM at the Richmond Convention Center where the special guest will be Chef Nathan Lyon.

The CBS 6 Healthy Lifestyle Expo provides a one-stop health care learning experience for metro Richmond. Promoting healthy living and total wellness, the expo features fitness and cooking demonstrations as well as health screenings, product demonstrations and access to a multitude of health and wellness experts. Almost 5,000 central Virginians attended the 2009 show and the 2010 show promises to be the best yet!

Introduction to Brooke

My name is Brooke Page and I am 29 years old and live in Midlothian, Virginia. I am a mom to a 4 year old son named Cole and a 16 month old little girl name Lilly. They are my pride and joy and the reason I exists!!

Before Dr. Oz came into my life I was a sad, depressed, overweight, unhappy, lost soul and needed some rescuing. Food was controlling my life in every aspect and I knew it and was letting it take me by it’s forceful under toe every minute.

90 days later, I am not even sure I know who that woman is. Being 53 pounds lighter, I can be ME and there is a bounce back in my step. I still am continuing on this journey to reach my goal of 125 pounds lost…so 75 more to go, but together we WILL get there.
